Parking Information
Non-Event Parking: temporary parking is available in the meters (15-minutes free) on the west side of the building adjacent the Towers Dorm. Park here for box office or administrative business.
Event Parking Locations: are detailed on the map below. Please be aware that students utilize these spaces on weekdays and weeknights when school is in session.
Parking Lot Egress: In an effort to reduce traffic congestion and to better serve our patrons, the Morrison Center is introducing new traffic patterns to expedite exiting both the surface lots and the Brady parking garage following performances. Patrons who park in the surface lots are being asked to exit North (towards the river) on either Earle St. (to turn West on Cesar Chavez Lane toward Capitol Blvd.), or Brady St. (to turn East on Cesar Chavez toward Broadway Avenue). All Patrons parking in the Brady garage will now exit toward University Dr.
Accessible Parking: loading/unloading area is the academic wing entrance off the southeast parking lot. Closest accessible parking spaces are located on the west side of the building and in the southeast parking lot (closest to academic entrance) see map below.
Reserved Parking, Broadway In Boise Series: Enjoy the convenience of a guaranteed parking space before the show and the most expedient route off campus after the show! A
limited number of close-in, reserved parking permits are now available for purchase on a first-come-first-served basis for each show of the series. Price is $10 per vehicle.
Permits can be purchased online or by phone when purchasing show tickets (current Broadway Season ticket holders call 426-1609 only). The reserved lot is located adjacent to the academic entrance of the Morrison Center (see map below) and opens 1.5 hrs. before scheduled performance time.
Note on accessibility: the reserved parking area includes paid accessibility parking. As always, free accessible parking is available outside the reserved lot on a first-come-first-served basis. For patrons utilizing the free accessibility spaces outside the (Broadway In Boise) reserved area: when both the driver and passengers require assistance, a request to be shuttled from the free accessibility space to the main entrance may be made to the parking attendant manning the entry to the main lot.
RESERVED PARKING PERMITS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE UNTIL 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE DATE. PREPURCHASED PARKING PERMITS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AT THE BOX OFFICE THE DAY OF THE SHOW. PARKING PERMITS MUST BE SHOWN TO PARKING ATTENDANT BEFORE PARKING IN THE LOT. LOST, STOLEN OR DESTROYED PASSES WILL NOT BE REPLACED. Call: 426-1609 for more information.
If reserved permits are still available upon arrival, they may be purchased by paying the reserved lot parking attendant ($10, cash only).
